The residences draw inspiration from Mediterranean coastal architecture, their exteriors finished in warm beige and soft blue tones characteristic of seaside settlements. Curved forms and natural-looking surfaces distinguish the facades, whilst eight residential series create variety and character throughout the development. Each series presents distinct architectural expression within the unified design vocabulary.
