The masterplan covers approximately 270,000 m² and will incorporate generous gardens and landscaped areas within a mixed-use framework. Programming includes a conference centre, exhibition facilities, hotels and retail, while the building exterior features ceramic panels produced in collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics. Multiple sub-communities will offer one- and two-bedroom residences.
