Common questions, answered directly
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same working day. Messages that arrive overnight in Dubai are answered in the morning here.
Do I have to be ready to buy?
No. Most first conversations are with people a year from buying, or still deciding whether Dubai is the right market for them, and half an hour is well spent either way.
What happens on the call?
We ask what you want the property to do, your budget and your timing, and you ask whatever you wish. Nothing is presented to you before we understand the brief.
Will I be put on a mailing list?
Only if you ask to be. We do not add anybody to a mailing list on the strength of a single enquiry.
Which languages can I write in?
In English or Dutch, both in writing and on the phone.
