About Augusta Properties
Augusta Properties is a licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai. We guide international buyers and investors through the purchase, letting, management and sale of property in Dubai, with access to all leading developers and from our own office in the city.
Who we are
A licensed brokerage, based in Dubai
Augusta Properties is the international brand of Augusta Properties Brokerage LLC, a Dubai-based brokerage licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). We work with private buyers and investors from Europe and beyond who are considering a home or an investment in Dubai.
We do not act on behalf of any developer and are not bound to a specific project. This allows us to draw a selection for each client from the full market, both off-plan and ready property, and to advise when waiting or not buying is the better decision.
Our office is located at Amna Tower, Al Habtoor City, Dubai. From there we arrange viewings, the contact with developers and the Dubai Land Department, and the transfer. Clients who are not in Dubai are guided remotely; the complete purchase can be completed from abroad.
Advice is available in English and Dutch. Agreements and documents are explained before you sign.

Based at Amna Tower, Al Habtoor City. Viewings, signing and transfer are handled on the ground, in person.

Consultations, documents and correspondence in English, with Dutch-language guidance for clients from the Netherlands and Belgium.
Founder
Richard Kruis
Richard Kruis is the Dutch founder of Augusta Properties. He lives and works in Dubai and is registered as a broker with RERA, the regulator of the Dubai property market. He conducts the advisory conversations personally and remains the fixed point of contact for his clients throughout the process.
He works with buyers and investors from an initial orientation to the transfer and the management that follows. His approach is a careful selection based on the client's objective, with an open explanation of the possibilities and the risks of each option.

How we work
Four steps, one point of contact
Introduction
In a first conversation, online or at our office, we discuss your objective: own use, rental income or long-term capital, your time horizon and your preferences.
Selection
On that basis we compile a short selection of communities, developers and projects that fit your profile, with a clear explanation of each option.
Guidance through purchase
We guide the full process: reservation, review of the sale and purchase agreement, payment schedule, registration with the Dubai Land Department and the transfer.
Aftercare and management
After the purchase we remain your point of contact. On request we arrange the letting and management of the property, or its sale at a later stage.

You are welcome at our office in Dubai. A remote conversation, by phone or video call, is equally possible, also at weekends.
