The tower's design prioritises practical approaches to contemporary work beyond aesthetic consideration. An efficient structural grid and generous floor-to-floor dimensions enable occupiers to design trading floors, private offices, or specialist spaces for headquarters operations without spatial constraint. Certain office units extend outward onto private terraces, allowing work to extend into outdoor space. Shell and core specification permits full customisation of interior fit-out to individual operational requirements.

The masterplan

Two building volumes fold together to form a faceted silhouette with bronze vertical fins capturing desert light throughout the day. Warm timber-finish curtain walling establishes rhythm across floor edges, fostering flexible and comfortable working environments. The ground-level podium extends outward toward a sculpted water feature and shaded arrival court surrounded by plantings.
