From November 4-10, Beyond offers an exclusive 30/70 payment plan on five projects: 30% during construction and 70% upon completion. Payment schedules vary by unit type, starting from 5% on booking for Le Château and Signature units.

- 30% during construction, 70% upon completion
- Le Château & Signature Residences
- 5% on booking, 5% on 1 February 2027, 10% on 1 June 2027, 10% on 1 November 2027, 70% on completion
- All other residences
- 10% on booking, 10% within 1 month of booking, 5% on 1 June 2027, 5% on 1 November 2027, 70% on completion
