This 72-storey tower was designed by a renowned architectural practice and features distinctive jet elevators that glide through its sculptural form. The elevators provide residents with vantage points across the Marina and beyond. Interior spaces integrate water features and refined design elements throughout, creating an environment of luxury.

The masterplan

The tower comprises a 72-storey residential structure positioned within Dubai Marina with direct beachfront access. A substantial beach pool spanning 900 square metres anchors the ground-level amenities, whilst landscaped gardens and leisure areas frame the waterfront edge. The marina and yacht club facilities occupy prominent positions overlooking the water.
