The masterplan

The towers share a common podium containing parking across multiple levels, retail spaces and building services. The architectural expression emphasises vertical form with a unique façade lighting programme. Ground-level public spaces, landscaping and plaza areas establish transition between the buildings and the surrounding Downtown district.
