Mansions and villas of five bedrooms, from 7,212 to 15,070 sq ft. Construction is under way.

Bentley Home and Mira Developments have created a collection of twenty-six medium villas and nine larger mansions, each between 7,200 and 15,000 square feet. Residents select from three interior schemes: Traditional, Formal, and Contemporary, each reflecting the brand's signature aesthetic. Every residence is appointed with curated furnishings and premium appliances throughout.

The masterplan

A crystal lagoon forms the centrepiece of the community, surrounded by landscaped gardens and parks. The residences are positioned to balance privacy with accessibility to shared amenities, recreational spaces, and sunbathing terraces. Supporting wellness, dining, and retail facilities are distributed throughout the development to serve residents' daily and recreational needs.
