The ten-storey structure rises as an architectural statement, its external appearance distinguished by refined patterns that catch and reflect light throughout the day. The masterplan

The ten-storey residential tower combines apartment accommodation with ground-floor commercial space within a structured layout of two basement levels, ground floor, and six upper storeys. Common areas feature marble finishes and curated interiors, whilst the building's distinctive façade creates visual presence along Al Ain Road.
