The tower rises as a sculptural composition of nine geometric forms, each transforming subtly as the building ascends. This evolution generates spacious interiors and commanding vistas. The architecture distinguishes itself through extensive glazing oriented toward the south, affording perspectives of the city centre below, whilst more composed northern volumes provide privacy.

The masterplan

The development comprises 215 residences spanning 44 storeys, with the first four floors devoted to a comprehensive amenities programme including fitness and spa facilities, private dining, family zones, and recreational spaces. Residential floors rise above, offering occupants unobstructed perspectives across the city. The tower sits within Wasl 1, a mature freehold community with established character and proximity to Zabeel Park.
