Rising just seven storeys, the structure emerges from a landscaped base that grounds the building within the island's natural environment. The facade expression combines curved geometry with extensive glazing, allowing each residence to capture uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, marina approaches, and verdant island landscapes. The architectural vocabulary emphasises openness and continuity with the surrounding seascape.

The masterplan

The seven-storey composition prioritises visual connection to the seascape through an extensively glazed facade and minimal built footprint. Landscaping integrates verdant vegetation and gardens across the podium level and terraces, creating layered outdoor environments that transition from the built structure to natural island landscape.
