Between 7 and 19 October 2026, developers announced three projects. All three opened expressions of interest; Wasl Properties set 28 October as the launch date for Nine Collective.
Entry runs from AED 680,000 (about USD 185,000) for a studio at Sorrento – Lagoon Views in Damac Lagoons to AED 4,470,000 (about USD 1,217,000) for a two-bedroom apartment at Nine Collective by Wasl in Zabeel Park.
Nine Collective stands furthest from the entry range the edition otherwise holds. The three developers are Samana, Damac and Wasl; no developer appears twice. Samana Downtown One in Downtown Jebel Ali carries the most complete unit list, from AED 689,000 for a studio to AED 1,429,000 for a two bedroom, on a 15 percent booking payment.

A launch is a project whose launch a developer announced, with the date the developer gave. An expression of interest (EOI) is a registration the developer opened for a project ahead of its sale. Each project is counted once per stage. The period is 7 to 19 October 2026, read in Dubai time. Prices, plans, home types and handover are the developer's own words, each with the day it was stated.

Damac opened expressions of interest on 13 October in Damac Lagoons. Studios start at AED 680,000 (about USD 185,000) and one bedrooms at AED 1,260,000, both stated on 13 October.
Expressions of interest opened on 14 October. Studios start at AED 689,000 (about USD 188,000), one bedrooms at AED 1,039,000 and two bedrooms at AED 1,429,000, all stated on 14 October. The payment plan is 15 percent on booking and 85 percent during construction.
Wasl opened expressions of interest on 16 October for Nine Collective at Zabeel Park, with a launch scheduled for 28 October. Two-bedroom apartments start at AED 4,470,000 (about USD 1,217,000), three-bedroom apartments at AED 7,410,000 and duplexes at AED 17,700,000, all stated on 16 October. The booking payment is 5 percent.
