The development rises at Al Jaddaf's waterfront within easy reach of Downtown Dubai and Dubai Healthcare City. The tower's distinctive exterior features faceted stone-toned cladding with metallic accents, creating a sculptural rhythm of light and shadow that shifts throughout the day, whilst balconies are integrated within the building's form to contribute depth and visual continuity.

The masterplan

The 22-storey structure rises from the Al Jaddaf waterfront with residential uses occupying the upper floors. Landscaped grounds and water features activate the waterfront setting, whilst swimming facilities, recreational areas, and themed public spaces are distributed throughout the building to serve the resident community.
