Arabian Ranches stands out for its maturity. While newer communities are still developing, Arabian Ranches already has fully grown gardens, established neighbourhood shops, an active community life and a proven track record as a pleasant place to live.
The community is designed around the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, an 18-hole Ian Baker-Finch course. The central village square, The Ranches Souk, offers a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy and a range of shops.

Schools in and around Arabian Ranches
Proximity to good schools is one of the main reasons families choose Arabian Ranches. The community has two schools within its gates: Ranches Primary School (British curriculum, FS1 – Year 6) and Jebel Ali School (within a 5-minute drive, British/IB curriculum).
Nearby options include GEMS Metropole School, South View School and Dubai British School (Emirates Hills). Most schools operate bus services with pick-up points inside Arabian Ranches.
For older pupils, there are excellent options such as Repton School Dubai (10 minutes) and Dubai College (15 minutes). The diversity of curricula, namely British, IB and American, means there is a suitable option for every preference.
