Richmond and Whitefield offer 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses in a classic style, priced between AED 2,000,000 and AED 3,000,000. Greenwoods is the most accessible segment, with townhouses from AED 1,600,000.
DAMAC Hills 2 (formerly Akoya Oxygen) is a separate, lower-cost alternative with townhouses from AED 1,200,000. Note: this is a different community from DAMAC Hills, with a different level of amenities and pricing.
