The architecture draws inspiration from Mediterranean coastal traditions, employing warm rendered facades, natural stone detailing, and proportioned forms that respond to the waterfront landscape. Set-back loggia spaces and curved transitions allow residents to engage with external light and views throughout the day.

The masterplan

The grounds feature landscaped gardens, terraced outdoor areas, and walking routes extending from the communal podium. The layout creates distinct zones of activity and contemplation, with pathways framing water views and open skies. The composition responds to the waterfront setting whilst maintaining a gentle, graduated rhythm across the development.
