The building's composition unites timber, brick and extensive glazing, articulated by projecting balconies and façades. Multiple levels incorporate recreational pools, whilst the surrounding landscape introduces verdant planting that connects the residence to natural elements.

The masterplan

Twelve storeys of residences rise above landscaped grounds distributed across the waterfront site. Recreational pools occupy multiple levels, and projecting balconies from each unit orient residents toward the water. Verdant planting and contemporary material finishes establish a cohesive landscape response to the waterfront setting.
