The building's exterior presents flowing edges and curved balcony forms suggesting the motion of water at its most expressive moment. The façade alternates deep-toned panels with extensive glazing, creating dynamic visual rhythm that remains composed and purposeful. Named after the Spanish and Italian term for tide, the architecture transforms perpetual rhythmic motion into a lived residential experience.

The masterplan

The G+2 podium supporting twelve residential floors creates a composition acknowledging both ground experience and vertical presence. Landscaped gardens surround lower floors, softening the transition between tower and ground whilst establishing relationship between built form and natural setting. Curved balcony forms throughout establish the water-inspired aesthetic.
